Job Description

Welcome customers, take order and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant standards

To handle customers inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner

Preparing and serving of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and speciality beverages according to restaurant SOPS

Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment

Developing new beverage menu items and recipes

Assist in bar stock & inventory control including ordering, receiving and maintenance of products

Inventory control
