?Key Responsibilities

Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and specialty drinks according to outlet standards, recipes and guest requests. Recommend beverages and upsell premium products through professional recommendations based on guest preferences. Maintain excellent product knowledge, including seasonal drinks, alcohol lists, and food pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, tools, and glassware. Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible alcohol service. Assist in bar stock inventory, supplies and daily closing duties. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation for every beverage served. Support the preparation of ingredients and pre-mixes for service. Follow all hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations. Support event or private function setups, ensuring smooth bar service. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Pay: RM2,450.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
