Job Description

1. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the standard drink recipes.

2. Assist in ingredients mixing to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

3. Wash and organise glassware, utensils and bar equipment after each use.

4. Serve food or snacks to customers seated at all sections of the bar.

5. Check identification of customers for membership status.

6. Monitor and maintain an inventory of bar stocks, glasses, utensils or bar equipment.

7. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from the patrons.

8. Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience
for every customer.

9. Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and
answer questions regarding beverages.

10. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to direct
F&B Exec or Supervisor.

11. Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

12. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.

13. Reporting to the Bar Captain, and taking instructions from
any other authorised personnel.

14. Plan, organise, and control the operations of Lounge and Bar.

15. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

16. Create drink recipes together with Bar Captain.
