Job Description
- Knowledge in mixology for traditional and creative cocktails and mocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Accountability in maintaining inventory
- Exceptional knowledge in Sake and Wine would be advantageous
- Making of cocktails and drinks
- Taking orders and making recommendation to our customes on food and drinks
- Manage bar inventory and ordering
- Customize creations based on customer tastes and preferences
- Maintain top notch knowledge of current mixology trends
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
