Job Description
Main missions
He/she welcomes and serves the GM
He/she ensures the "mise en place" and the cleaning
He/she adheres permanently to the standards, procedures and rules of hygiene and safety
Serve
Participate in the animation of bars according to the event
Welcome and advise the GM on the choice of drinks
Take orders from the GM or the waiters in lounge
Prepare and serve the drinks
Collect the payment (if local sales) and register sales
Replenish the self service points of distribution and the workstation during the service
Direct the customers to the assistant chief of bar for any particular request
Write on the bar book any dysfunctions (equipment, etc...)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
