Resorts World Langkawi is an established 4 star resorts under Genting Group of company since 1995. With 211 rooms, the resorts is also providing food and beverages services, meeting packages, ballroom for function, recreational activities and other activities as requested by the client. With the current manning of less than 100 employees after the pandemic, the resort at times are not able to provide expected services to our customer. Manpower is our issues due to reduction is business income. With this incentive program from SOCSO the Management will be able to recruit new staffing and the service standard will be better.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
