Experience: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktail recipes, techniques, and industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and high service standards.
Certifications: Food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Craft and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Carousel & Co. standards.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and engage in friendly conversations to create a welcoming environment.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the bar menu, seasonal cocktails, ingredient profiles, and special offerings to provide accurate recommendations.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the bar is clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
Uphold Drink Quality: Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and overall quality of all beverages served.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
