Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC, and electrical systems to ensure optimal building performance, safety, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the

Building Automation System (BAS)

for HVAC, lighting, and energy management. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

on BAS, HVAC, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair

BAS field devices, controllers, and sensors

. Respond promptly to

system alarms, power trips, and equipment faults

. Support maintenance and operation of

switchboards, gensets, and mechanical equipment

.

Supervise contractors

and ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards. Assist in

system updates, testing, and performance optimization

to enhance energy efficiency. Maintain

accurate service logs, maintenance records, and reports

for all systems and equipment.

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services. Minimum 2 years' experience in BAS, HVAC, or building maintenance. Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures. Willing to work on shifts or on-call when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
