Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bThe Base Marketing Senior Specialist will steer and shape the strategy to run mobile lifecycle management within the postpaid base with the objective of driving value creation. This involves creating the right consumer propositions that are relevant for the identified target segments and subsequently work with the campaign team to create programs to drive the adoption of these propositions.What are you accountable for?

• Lead the PnL management for the Maxis consumer segment to achieve targeted revenue and other KPIs
• Generate relevant customer insights to recommend the right interventions to achieve the targeted value creation
• Ensure Unmatched customer experience for the Postpaid mobile segment by ensuring the optimum engagement across all touch points
• Work and develop campaigns to create programs to drive adoptions of relevant and profitable products to each sub-segment
• Key contributor to drive personalization and customization ambition, driving the building of digital capabilities for enhanced customer experience/journey

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study
• At least with more than -10 years in telecommunications in PnL, Product related role
• Experienced in working with data to generate insights and track KPIs, Product ideation, Business Strategy, delivering large initiatives involving wide stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge in excel and good communication, logical reasoning, advance powerpoint presentation skills
