Requirements:

  • Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply !!!
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (read, speak and type)
  • Have no issue with working in a 24hrs rotational shift basis, 9 hours per day including of 1 hour break time
  • Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off day, including Public Holiday and weekends.
  • Candidate are willing to work based in Nusajaya, Johor Bharu.
  • Able to join on the following date: 4th March 2024

Scopes:

  • Handle customers with professional manner to maintain customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
