Job Description
Requirements:
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Speak, Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\xe2\x80\x99 rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time.
- Applicants are to be based in office at Petaling Jaya.
- Able to join on 28 February or 27 March 2024
- Monthly salary: Basic RM 3000 + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + up to RM 500 night shift allowance.
- Other benefits: EPF + SOCSO, 12 days Annual Leaves, 14 days Medical Leaves

- 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided
- Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\xe2\x80\x99s product and services
- Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\xe2\x80\x99s product and services with high level of customer service
- Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
- Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments
