• Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM Level qualifications and above.
• Candidates must possess great proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
• Conversational English is acceptable for this role.
• Candidates must be willing to commit to 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days.
• Candidates must have no issue to work on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)
• Candidates must be able to start working by 13th May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
• Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in PJ.

Tanggungjawab

• Addressing customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Help customers with placing orders, modifying orders, tracking orders, and resolving any issue related to orders such as delays, missing items, or incorrect items.
• Resolving billing inquiries, processing refunds or adjustments, and addressing payment-related issues such as failed transactions or unauthorized charges.
• Educating customers about the food delivery platform\'s policies, procedures, promotions, and any relevant terms and conditions.
• Addressing customer complaints effectively and empathetically, finding appropriate resolutions, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support if necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the food delivery platform\'s services, menu items, delivery areas, and any special promotions or offers.

Manfaat

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,600 (Basic) + Up to RM 250 KPI + Up to RM 300 Night Shift (One staff meal is included | Lunch/Dinner)

• 12 days AL + 14 days ML

• Employees are provided with FREE Shuttle Service. (from MRT TTDI to office | *only applicable for working purposes)
