Requirements

• Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage
• Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
• Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to join intake date: 15 May 2023

• Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
• Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
• Handle customer\'s with professional manner to maintain customer\'s satisfaction
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM 10 per hour)
• 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
