Requirements

• Converse and write fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
• Basic proficiency in English is acceptable
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply!!
• Minimum SPM qualification is needed.
• Willing to commit working on 5 days per week 24 hours rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1 hour break) including on public holiday and weekends
• Positive attitude with good communication skills in delivering professional customer service.
• Candidates within Klang Valley are required to be based in Petaling Jaya.
• Work from home applicable for outstation candidates (outside Klang Valley)
• WFH candidates are required to be present in office for 2 occasions (first to collect device, second for test purposes)
• Able to start work at 12 April 2023.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
• Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
• Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
• Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Benefits

• Monthly salary: RM 3000+ up to RM 300 KPI + RM 700 night shift allowance + RM 250 allowance monthly (completion of training for 2 system) + OT paid with RM10 HR. Total take-home salary is around RM 4000 to RM 4300
