Requirements

Requirements: * SPM holders and fresh graduates with good proficiency in English are encourage to apply

• Able to converse in both English and Traditional Mandarin (read, speak, write) is a must.
• Able to be work based in Subang Jaya, Selangor
• Able to work independently and also be a team player when needed.
• Able to communicate to customers with empathy

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities * Able to handle all inbound/outbound calls, live chat and emails from customers regarding the company\'s product and services.

• Provide the best customer service to handle customer\'s inquiries or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services
• Assist the customer\'s in resolving any issues that they are facing in a professional manner.
• Gather feedbacks from customers and share it to your manager for improvement or resolving purposes.

Benefits: * Monthly Salary: RM 3750 + up to RM 300 KPI allowance
