At least have certificate of diploma/degree in any field in academic.
Able to read and communicate in English and Mandarin as we would have foreigner clients. Candidates fluent in English, Mandarin and additional language skills will be preferred.
Possess own transport and have no issue to travel.
Responsibilities
Manage existing Real Estate Agency accounts and establish new local and international channels for growth.
Participate in sales activities, including following up on leads, scheduling appointments, delivering presentations, and finalizing sales deals.
Ensure that sales transactions are successfully completed, including obtaining signed Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and facilitating loan applications and approvals for the sold units, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
Conduct briefings for Real Estate Agencies/Channels, address inquiries, and provide support during presentations and closing.
Assist with invoicing and commission claims for Agencies/Channels.
Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of Sales Events both in Malaysia and abroad.
Meet personal sales and B2B Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Generate a Weekly Activities Report.
Drive overall sales and marketing activities for the projects, aiming to achieve the company\'s sales targets.
