High proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time) (currently are more on afternoon and night shifts
Able to commit to work during weekends and public holiday
Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
Able to start working on 22 July 2024, August 2024

Handling all inbound, outbound and email in regarding to customers\' inquiries/complaints/issues relating to travel booking services (e.g. hotel room booking)
Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM4,000 Basic Salary + up to RM500 KPI Allowance + RM20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)
