- Fluent Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or network marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead generation techniques.
- Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities.
- Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates
- Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system
- RM 5000 + Bonus (Once in a year)
