• Bachelors Degree majoring in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economy or its equivalent
• Masters in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable
• 3-4 years of B2B Sales working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong conceptualization and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin including presentation skills.
• Good analytical skills, resulted oriented, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines
• Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Event Management: Coordinate and manage the setup and operation of sales booths at various events to maximize brand visibility and product exposure.
• Sales Outreach: Proactively engage with potential customers during events, answer product-related inquiries, and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Dealer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, retailers, and other key partners to secure distribution deals and enhance the company\'s market presence.
• Lead Generation: Implement strategies for generating leads, including identifying potential customers, collecting contact information, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights for developing effective sales strategies.
