Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience working in a retail service environment.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Education: School Certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
• Preferably someone has interest towards house decor and fragrance, know how in displaying company\'s products
• Have no issue in taking care of 2 outlets (short distance)
• Strong knowledge with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
• In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing store strategies to raise customers\' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Benefits

• Basic Salary Up to RM2500 (subject to interview performance and experience) + Commission & Allowance (Average take home salary RM3000 - 3500++)
