Tanggungjawab
Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM3100 Basic + Up to RM500 KPI + Up to RM400 Night Shift

1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
