- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants who can work from Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Applicants who can start on 5th of June.
- Applicants are required to be 25 years and above.
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
- Monthly Salary: RM3100 Basic + Up to RM500 KPI + Up to RM400 Night Shift
- EPF + SOSCO
- Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves
- 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
- Variety of facilities in company (pool, gym, rest zone and cafeteria)
- Free shuttle van service is provided from Ara Damansara LRT Station
- Workplace is 10 minutes walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station
