Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required language(s): Proficient English & Bahasa (Both Spoken & Written), Mandarin is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the sales/consultation/business development field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang or Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru outlet.
• Have no issue to work on alternate Saturday.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• People oriented, sales oriented, problem solver, and high responsiveness
• Motivated self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective, high flexibility who can work well as part of a dynamic team.
• Possess own transport is preferred.
• Ability to start work immediately or short notice period.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary: 2,800 - 3,500 (subject to prior experience/sales achievements and interview performance)
• Commission
• EPF & Socso
• Annual Leave
• Product knowledge training provided.

JOB DETAILS:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Work Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (HQ) / Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru
• Reporting to: Sales Manager

They are looking for enthusiastic talent to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, articulate the value proposition of a product or service and convince potential customers to make a purchase. and resolve any emerging problems that customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Scopes:

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Solution Consultant in the sales team provides expert consultation and technical guidance on the company\'s products or services to drive the sales process. They understand customer requirements, collaborate with the sales team, and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations.

• Consultation: Advise potential clients on how the company\'s offerings address their requirements.
• Sales Support: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to proposals, including scoping and pricing.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors\' offerings.
• Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to enhance the sales team\'s product knowledge.
• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide insights.
• To execute other assignments assigned by the Management when required.
