- Working hour: 45 working hours per week
- Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
- Service tips sharing among the team
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a positive demeanor.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and menu guidance.
- Coordinating with waitstaff for smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area.
- Addressing guest concerns and special requests.
- Ensuring a timely turnover of tables.
- Updating reservation system and adhering to policies.
- Contributing to a memorable dining experience.
