Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

TanggungjawabTalent Acquisition & Headhunting
Lead recruitment efforts for high-level roles, using headhunting techniques to identify and approach potential candidates.
Source candidate through various channels (Linkedln, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent stages of the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fulfil both immediate and future staffing needs.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure high employee retention and job satisfaction.
Collaborate with department head assess talent gaps and develop succession plans.
Facilitate career development programs and employee growth initiative.
Onboarding and integration:
Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Develop orientation programs and ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a liaison between management and employees to address issues and foster a positive work environment.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.
HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain and update recruitment and talent management metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment progress and talent development.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company as an attractive place to work, enhancing the employer brand through various initiatives.
Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
