• Diploma in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in an e-commerce role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for this role.
• Experience with RM and marketing automation platforms for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.

Tanggungjawab

• E-commerce Strategy Development:- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, IT) to align online initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Website Management:- Oversee the online store\'s design, functionality, and performance.- Work with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and ensure the site is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.- Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Digital Marketing:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
