Requirements:\xc2\xb7Students majoring in marketing, design, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.\xc2\xb7Good proficiency in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type), and English (Speak, Read, Type).\xc2\xb7Ability to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.\xc2\xb7Thoroughness and accuracy in editing social media content.\xc2\xb7Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and changes in the social media landscape.\xc2\xb7Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Scopes:Content Creation & Design:\xc2\xb7Use design tools (such as Canva) to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts.\xc2\xb7Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.Content Scheduling and Publishing:\xc2\xb7Schedule posts for optimal times under the guidance of a supervisor.\xc2\xb7Assist in publishing content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.\xc2\xb7Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely posting.Community Management:\xc2\xb7Assist in monitoring comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.\xc2\xb7Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages under supervision.Analytics and Reporting:\xc2\xb7Gather data on social media performance (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).Collaboration:\xc2\xb7Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.Benefits:\xc2\xb7Head-to-toe training will be provided.
