• Education:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Preferably a university lecturer with a focus on M&E disciplines.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with a focus on infrastructure management and operations.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably at the university level or in a professional training capacity.
• Hands-on experience with critical data center equipment such as UPS, HVAC systems, diesel generators, and BMS.
• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data center operational standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a data center training role.
• Professional certifications in data center management or related areas.
• Bilingual in English and Malay.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and deliver training modules on data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, control systems, and more.
• Provide hands-on training in data center operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate students\' progress through assessments and provide guidance to ensure mastery of critical skills.
• Collaborate with industry experts to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.
• Mentor students to prepare them for successful careers in the data center industry.
