Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position.\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of delivering tangible results in organic search growth.\xe2\x97\x8f Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership and project management abilities. Scopes:\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings for clients across various industries.\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content accordingly.\xe2\x97\x8f Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to implement fixes, including site architecture, page speed optimizations, and other on-page elements.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and refine link-building strategies.\xe2\x97\x8f Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics.\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated in content creation and website structure.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to team members and stakeholders on strategy.\xe2\x97\x8f Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.\xe2\x97\x8f Mentor and lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their performance and career development.Benefits:
