Requirements:Strong Communication Skills:\xc2\xb7Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via text, calls, and email.\xc2\xb7Comfortable explaining services and updates to employers.Sales and Conversion Experience:\xc2\xb7Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on converting free users to paying customer\xc2\xb7Ability to persuade employers to unlock and pay for applications.Account Management:\xc2\xb7Experience in managing client relationships and addressing their concerns.\xc2\xb7Ability to maintain ongoing communication and ensure client satisfaction.Reporting & Organization:\xc2\xb7Strong organizational skills to track job postings and provide regular updates.\xc2\xb7Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up regularly.Scopes:1. Employer Communication: Reach out to existing employers via text/ call who are currently advertising with Job Majestic to provide updates on the applications received.2. Payment Conversion: Encourage employers to unlock and pay for applications.3. Account Management: Maintain ongoing communication with employers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.4.
