- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or any related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales preferable.
- SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communicator, patient, flexible, and someone who carries a can-do spirit in their
- Proficiency with any RM Software will be an added advantage.
- Result oriented and able to deliver and meet targets consistently.
- Identify and research potential participants/clients through various channels, including
- Reach out to potential participants/clients to share the company's program and generate
- Conduct cold calling to existing candidates/clients to cross sell other programs that are
- Close sales with prospects, consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the
- Any additional task required to support the sales of the company.
- Salary package: Up to RM4,000 basic + Commission
- EPF & Socso
- Annual leave & Medical leave
- Hybrid working option; need to be in office 2 - 3 days a week (Office located in Bangsar)
