Job Description
Requirements:
- Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in Bahasa & English. (Speaking & Writing)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\xe2\x80\x99 rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Nusajaya, Johor
- Able to join on the following dates: 29 January 2024
- Salary Package: RM2,100 Basic + Up to RM300 Night Shift + Up to RM400 KPI + OT Claims
- EPF & SOCSO
- Entitlement leave: 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave
- Training provided (With Basic Salary Given)
- FREE Shuttle Van
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\xe2\x80\x99 general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
- Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s with professional manner to maintain customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
