Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM qualification, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• A good command of Mandarin & English. (Speak, Read, Type)
• Must be able to start work on 28th June 2023!
• Have no issue working at Ara Damansara, PJ office.
• Have no issue working on Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (1 hour break is included).

Tanggungjawab

• Receive or conduct calls to provide product information and nutritional advice to customers, to encourage conversion and retention of nutrition (milk powder) brands usage.
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer databases.
• Ensure that the service delivery to customers is of excellent quality.
• Work closely with marketing/product managers to deliver brand knowledge to customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Persuasion -- Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
• Learning Strategies -- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.

Manfaat

• Salary: RM2,500 Basic + Up to RM4,000 Commission (Take home salary around RM4,000/ month -- Subject to work performance)
