Ensuring services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectation.

• Responsible for daily operation of customers systems, maintenance, inquiries/incidents reporting.
• Work closely in a team environment together with other teams such as Service Desk, SAP admins, expert and infra teams.
• Responsible for the monthly reporting, quarterly management contacts with the customer
• Responsible for the up keeping technical system documentation and processes for customers\' system landscapes.
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and assist with out-of-hours basis support via on-call rotation.
• Able to perform SAP basis administration/troubleshooting and is experienced in system migration, upgrade and patching.
• Experienced in installation of SAP applications and Basis configurations.
• Able to mentor juniors and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
• Has good knowledge in working with multiple database such as HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, DB2 and Oracle.
• Able to perform and identify issues as part of the system performance tuning process.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Ensure that at all times company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)are adhered to.

Convince us with your potential!The successful applicant will display the following:

• University degree in Information Technology.
• Min 5+ years of experience in IT focusing on SAP Basis Administration/Consulting
• Proven experience in multiple SAP products and database versions.
• Certification is not required but will be a bonus.
• Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
• Able to travel if required.
