Work closely with BCD (Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS) process integration team, SPICE modelling team, PDK team and design enablement team to develop state of the art BCD technologies in 300mm Fab .
Key job function involves BCD device architecture definition, TCAD simulation, device layout, device tuning, device characterization and follow up with modeling and pdk teams for technology enablement.
To interface with international tier-1 customers for consumer and automotive applications to share, analyze and interpret data and give guidance for the designs.
Requirements:
Candidate need to have master or PhD in electronics engineering and/physics with deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, device needs for power application and device reliability aspects
Candidate need to have more than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of developing BCD devices from scratch for consumer and automotive grade applications, doing TCAD simulation, good perspective of power device layout, BCD device characterization and experience of working with modelling and pdk teams to get the model and pdk done and finally experience of customer engagement and helping customers for the most competitive designs.
Person also need to have people and project management skills to manage the device team working for multiple projects. He/she shall be able to guide the device team in all technical aspects for the BCD device development.
