Negotiate terms with customers.
Follow up on sales leads and customer requests.
Provide professional transportation solutions tailored to customer needs.
Handle booking requests and provide timely confirmations.
Conduct regular sales calls to stay updated with market trends and close deals.
Identify and resolve shipment-related operational issues.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline (relevant experience may substitute for qualification).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
