JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for end to end business development of the assigned area: Monitoring, analyzing and forecasting supply targets, their business models and tracking progress against them for all company business models
• Responsible for P&L, cash flow and market share driven growth decision for the hub
• Identifying new forms of Real Estate to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market share for the respective market
• Meet property owners and sell the company\'s Vision of providing comfortable stays for many. Pitch in contract closure as and when there is criticality and intervention required
• Maintaining relationship with the Key Hotel Partners in the designated area and mentoring the team towards right relationship management with their respective partner properties
• Periodic review of joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
• Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems like review meetings, performance monitoring and discussions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to process before any property is on-boarded

• Looking to work for a hyper-growth and technology-led business that is transforming the hospitality industry.
• Experience in Leading an outside B2B sales team for at least 5 years.
• A high degree of ownership & roll up your sleeves attitude.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work in undefined situations.
• Skilled in Excel and database management.
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.
