Key Responsibilities

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding

Assist in identifying and recruiting vendors aligned with the marketplace's values. Support the onboarding process, ensuring vendors are set up efficiently and effectively. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Partnership & Community Engagement

Coordinate outreach efforts to local artisans, SMEs, and collaborators. Support partnership development initiatives and maintain engagement records. Assist in organizing community-building activities and collaborations.

Commercial Space Rentals

Handle inquiries and bookings for event and retail spaces. Liaise with internal teams to facilitate rental agreements and ensure smooth event execution. Maintain rental schedules and documentation.

Market Research & Strategy Support

Collect and compile data on market trends and customer behavior. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to inform business strategies. Monitor competitor activities and provide operational insights.

Sales & Revenue Operations

Support initiatives aimed at boosting vendor sales and marketplace performance. Assist in the development and execution of promotional packages and seasonal campaigns. Track sales performance and generate operational reports.

Event Coordination Support

Work with the Marketing & Events team to support vendor showcases, pop-ups, and community events. Coordinate logistics and ensure operational readiness for events.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or space management. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting local entrepreneurship. Experience in retail leasing or event space coordination. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
