Client Representative (Immediate Hiring) Malaysian only

. This is a client-facing role ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and providing solutions. You will play a vital role in representing our clients' brands and ensuring customers receive a positive and informative experience.

We are one of the world's largest face-to-face advertising & marketing companies; specialising predominantly in creating brand awareness and providing cost-effective solutions for a portfolio of clients from a different range of industries. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-person during events, roadshows, or promotional campaigns Communicate effectively to explain services, products, and promotions Assist in resolving inquiries and providing basic support Build customer trust through professional representation Work closely with team leads to execute communication strategies Provide daily feedback and reporting to supervisors
