Responsibilities
Responsible to achieve personal goals set by company through excellent professional skincare service in all aspects like technical, consultation and customer service. Work diligently with the team to ensure harmonious and smooth center operation.
Responsible to achieve assigned target and goals through excellent professional facial treatment service in all aspects e.g. technical, consultation and customer service.
Attend to customer\'s requests and enquiries.
Able to make professional recommendations of products, face cleansing treatments and packages to customers.
Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.
Ensure cleanliness, sterilizing and maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic.
Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.
Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.
To assist other duties as assigned.
