Job Summary

: As a Beauty Advisor at Clef, you will be the face of the brand -- delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will help customers find the right skincare solutions while ensuring the store operates smoothly and achieves sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best suit their needs. Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clef's products, ingredients, and brand story. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques. Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines. Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty. Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events. Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and store operations to management. Uphold Clef's brand image and standards of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty, Retail, or related field is an advantage. 1-2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
