Job Description
:
- Responsible for customer\'s overall shopping experience by providing good customer service
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers\' expectations
- Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
- Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers\' needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with colleagues
- Looking for BA in below location : Parkson Pavillion, Isetan The Gardens, Sunway Carnival Prai, Sogo Southkey JB and Parkson The Spring, Kuching
- Drive sales in retail
- Serves and respond to customer friendly
- Able to work with team
- Able to communicate in English, Malay
- Female aged between 18 to 40
- With good skin condition
