If you are a beauty fanatic who is passionate about makeup and skincare, we would like to speak with you !!!You will join our team of Beauty Advisors to co-create stories with and for your clients and come up with unique moments made just for them. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our beauty products to clients.Location : Pavilion KL, Mid Valley KL, Watson - Penang, KL & Johor

• Related experience as Beauty Advisor / certificate in beauty care will be an advantage.
• Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty and retail industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales oriented.
• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Can speak in English & Mandarin.

ResponsibilitiesBuilding the business

• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service.
• Build and nurture a strong relationship with loyal customers through knowledge, attitude and service.
• Meet sales targets by understanding customers\' needs, providing expert knowledge in make-up, skincare and offering product demonstration.
• To understand and provide general facial care for clients to put together a customized skincare solution.
• Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database.

Daily store operations

• Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the manage stocks inventory level of products at store.
• To ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitable while maintaining the level service that is uniquely.
• To ensuring all products are well organized and arrange neatly on the shelf.
• Maintenance of inventory system.
• Submit accurate and timely reports on a monthly basis to the Sales Team.
• Execution of all in-store promotions.
• Share consumer/competitor feedback for assigned store.
• Help and lead events or promotion.
