We are seeking a highly passionate individual to join our store/counter as a Beauty Advisor, offering luxury personalised services to our customers, elevating customer experience and building inspiring brand connections and loyalty.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.

Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities to sales.

Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, new launches and best sellers.

Help customers build connection with the brand and products.

Use storytelling, offer demonstrations and conduct product testing, including fragrance layering.

Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.

Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships

Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.

Keep up to date with market trends.

Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.

Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers properly, and replenishing stocks as needed.



REQUIREMENTS



Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in luxury retail. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred

Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage

Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills

Able to work during weekends and public holidays

Pleasant personality, team player, positive attitude

Detail oriented

Keen in developing skills and knowledge
