Location: Skincare counter at AEON Tebrau City (Inside AEON Departmental store). : As a Beauty Advisor you are responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing beauty and skincare products. You should possess in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends, offering expert advice to clients to help them achieve their beauty goals. Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience, promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and skincare trends, as well as the features and benefits of the products carried by the store. Understand the ingredients, usage, and application techniques of the products. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Listen to customers\' needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations. Offer skincare and makeup consultations to address individual concerns. Product Sales: Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers. Encourage customers to sample and try products. Provide guidance on shade selection and product suitability based on customer preferences and skin type Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves and counters are well-organized and stocked. Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed. Client Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Keep records of customer preferences and purchase history to provide personalized recommendations. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure that all beauty tools and testers are sanitized regularly. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to the store manager. Report any product issues or concerns. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those related to sanitation and hygiene. Customer Education: Educate customers on proper skincare routines and makeup application techniques. Offer guidance on choosing products that cater to specific skin concerns or goals. Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent (relevant certifications or beauty education is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products and their application.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • A passion for beauty and a friendly, approachable.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends and industry developments.
