Job Description
Job Responsibilities : Responsible for customer\'s overall in-store experience by providing good customer service. Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers\'expectations. Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values. Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers\' needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand. Adhere to all established policies and procedures. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Collaborate productively and respectfully with colleagues. Job Requirements : Minimum 1 year retail experience in luxury brand is preferable. Good customer service skill. Displays an energetic and positive working attitude. Ability to manage basic store operations. Willing to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday. Able to communicate in English, proficient in additional languages will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Full time position(s) are available and able to start work immediately.
