About the Role

Beauty Advisor, you'll live our brand values and create an inviting, mindful environment where every customer leaves feeling refreshed, inspired, and cared for.

What You Will Do

Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth, and enthusiasm. Lead the customers journey providing personalized recommendations to guide customers discover their very own "Ritual" Maintain excellent standards to ensure the store always feels luxurious and welcoming Support daily store operations, including cashiering, stock management, and VM. Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional experiences

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for customer service and interest in self-care/wellness. Friendly, confident personality that connects with customers at ease. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in wellness/beauty/skincare is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin would be an added advantage*.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
