Job Description
- Possession of SKM 1 & 2 / CIDESCO Diploma / CIBTAC Diploma will be advantageous
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin add on advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Ability to work diligently within a team
- Passionate, honest, and hardworking
- Pleasant customer service skills with a good complexion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to execute sales plans and activities
- Supervise staff appearance, discipline, and integrity
- Handle customer feedback and service issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Manage business related to company sales and revenue growth
- Conduct training on facial treatments and practical operations (hands-on)
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees
