Job Description
- Previous experience in a beauty salon environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Recruit, train, and supervisestaffs, including beauticians, and manicurist.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage day to day outlet operation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining outlet standards and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Manage appointments and ensure efficient customer flow.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote salon services, products, and special offers to increase sales.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
