Previous experience in a beauty salon environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
ResponsibilitiesStaff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervisestaffs, including beauticians, and manicurist.
Schedule staff shifts and manage day to day outlet operation.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining outlet standards and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Manage appointments and ensure efficient customer flow.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Promote salon services, products, and special offers to increase sales.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
