Job Responsibilities
Establish rapport and good relationship with client
Ensure follow up with all clients after treatment or after sales
Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
Promote and upsell aesthetic services
Provide in depth explanation to client regarding treatments/procedures with the objective of closing the sales
Assist doctors with non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including skin boosters, dermal fillers, botox or other injectable treatments
Perform a variety of advanced face and body treatment, using specialised equipment and techniques
Ensure a clean, organised and sterile treatment environment, following strict control and hygiene protocols.
Provide support to the General Practitioner (GP) in both clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
