Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
Demonstrate and promote beauty products, focusing on features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
Prior experience in beauty consulting or retail sales is an advantage.
Strong passion for beauty products and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work at The Curve
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
